INSTRUCCIONES

Power Avocado Toast:

Step 1:

The perfect eggs. Place the eggs in a small pot and cover them with cold water. Bring the water to a boil and, once it boils, turn off the heat, cover the pot and let the eggs sit in the hot water for 10-12 minutes.

Step 2:

The creamy avocado. Meanwhile, in a bowl, place the avocado pulp. Add the lemon juice, salt and pepper, and with a fork, mash it until you get a rustic texture.

Step 3:

Toasted and sautéed. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat and toast the bread slices on both sides until golden brown. Remove the bread and, in the same pan, sauté the spinach for 30 seconds, just until it wilts.

Step 4:

The armed one. It's time to assemble this work of art! Generously spread the crushed avocado on the toast. Top with the sautéed spinach, the cherry tomatoes cut in half and the hard-boiled eggs (already peeled and quartered).

Step 5:

The final touch. Sprinkle the red pepper flakes and, if you wish, finish with a few spoons of pesto or chimichurri. A wonder!

Banana Smoothie with Strawberry:

Step 1:

Everything to the blender. It's that easy. Place the banana, strawberries and milk in the blender bowl.

Step 2:

To liquefy. Process everything at high speed for about 45 seconds or until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.

Step 3:

Serve and enjoy. Pour into a glass and enjoy it instantly with your toast.

TIPS

  • + Eggs of 10: The trick to making hard-boiled eggs easy is to transfer them to a bowl of water and ice right after removing them from the hot water. Thermal shock causes the shell to separate without problems.
  • + More powerful Smoothie: For extra nutrients in your shake, you can add a spoonful of chia seeds, flaxseed, or even a scoop of protein powder.
  • + Frozen fruit: Using frozen banana or strawberries will make your smoothie much thicker and cooler, almost like ice cream!
  • + The green sauce: The sauce I use in the end is a pesto, but you can use chimichurri, an herbal vinaigrette or just good quality olive oil. It gives it an incredible touch!
